The two-day, one-night outing took the old man and the child without any trouble. The itinerary was very fulfilling but it was not in a hurry. The food was very fresh and delicious. Super service from Toni for the last minute 1-day trip to Batam. No hassle on ferry tickets collection at HFC. Batam center collected by Toni for our return ferry tickets when we met him upon arrival. Lunch, massage,shopping and sight seeing all in super order. Good seafood lunch and Delicious Sudanese dinner. Strongly recommended for day trip or overnight stay
